KIR ROYALE

A French classic cocktail, a variation on Kir.


INGREDIENTS

  • 150 ml of Veuve Clicquot Champagne

  • 30 ml of crème de cassis

  • 1 Strawberry









COCKTAIL RECIPE

Using a champagne flute, pour the crème de cassis first, then top of the glass champagne. Garnish with a piece of strawberry.
