Colour: The wine has a dazzling violet colour with a crimson-red tint and a powerful,
Nose: highly aromatic nose on cherry liqueur and wild berry fruit (especially blackberry) with an elegant mixture of liquorice and pepper notes.
Palate: Smooth and velvety over a refined tannic structure of some distinction, it develops ripe red fruit and spice on the palate, with a touch of mocha. A long and succulent finish leaves an impression of freshness in an array of distinctive flavours, expressing all the roundness of Carmenère as it enfolds the Cabernet.
Fillet of beef with black pepper, osso bucco, japanese cuisine, cheeses.
