Colour: Deep purple-red colour. 

Nose: Explosive nose of red fruits, strawberries, raspberries, and plums, hints of violet and liquorice. Very subtle vanilla and chocolate complete the bouquet.

Palate: Round and soft on the palate, with very good concentration.

Rack of lamb with herbs or with full rounded dishes such as grilled red meats.
