Colour: An intense garnet colored.
Nose: The nose opens on notes of spices (chilli pepper, white pepper,) followed with airing by notes of red and black berry fruit, especially cherry, redcurrant and blackcurrant.
Palate: Full and powerful, with an attack on black fruit flavours, a solid round and spicy mid-palate (pepper, vanilla) and an elegant finish on firm tannins.
Ideal with grilled red meat (rib steak, rib of beef) or beef stew, charcuterie or cheese.
