Colour: Wonderful deep purple-red colour. 

Nose: Intense aromas of red and black fruit (cherries and blackcurrants), with notes of cedar, vanilla and tobacco, slightly minty and well integrated. 

Palate: Full bodied with good, fairly powerful tannic structure, and good, delicate length. A wine with great ageing potential.

Slowly roasted duck breast, wild boar goulash with baby vegetables, rack of lamb with herbs.
