Colour: The wine has a vivid and brilliant cherry red colour.
Nose: an ample nose that reveals blackberry and bilberry with a discreet but elegant mineral touch, while delicate vanilla and coffee notes enfold the oak aromas resulting from time spent in wood.
Palate: Round and generous in the mouth, it combines an assertive but finely textured tannic structure with very ripe red fruit flavours. The harmonious finish, full-bodied and dense, displays admirable balance and reveals the potential of a great terroir.
Goes really well with grilled chicken, or light pasta.
