Colour: Very slightly paler than the Esclans, but all of these are a pale to mid-salmon colour.
Nose: Beautiful nose that has kept the Rolle characteristics and very pure taffeta-textured flavours with great elegance and that shows both florality and firmness.
Palate: mouth filling flavors of dried cherry, concentrated notes of allspice and dark chocolate flank currant and ripe pear. The finish unfolds with layers of candied ginger, pineapple and cream that are unctuous and complex.
Duck, oily fish and risotto.
