Colour: A pale, barely-there pink

Nose: The nose is quite youthful, yet big, bold and voluptuous with aromas of citrus-rinsed redcurrent and strawberries.

Palate: Creamy edge, with strawberry and white raspberry fruit. A stony spine supports the blood orange and rose water notes that streak throughout and shows lovely range and tension for a rosé.

Great as an aperetif, or with grilled fish.
